DESIGN
INITIAL MEETING
When you contact Concept 32 we will set up an initial meeting at our showroom in Longmont, or at your job site. Your first creative session will lay the foundation for your custom cabinets. During this initial consultation, your trained designer will listen and fact find to accurately understand your unique needs. Our designers can work within any budget utilizing many different types of materials and design configurations.
DESIGN PROPOSAL
After your designer completes their initial design, they will visit with you again to review the design and budget proposal. Your proposal will be based on plans submitted as well as the information regarding species/door style/finish/drawers gathered in the initial meeting.
With our CAD design software we are able to show you how our custom cabinets will look in your space. The customization of the software allows you to see different design options and finishes with the click of a button.
We require a design retainer to move forward with your project design after the initial proposal for any necessary changes. This is a non-refundable design fee based on estimated design time. The fee is directly credited to your order upon placement.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
We work with you to determine the installation timeline for your custom cabinetry by one of our expert Concept 32 installers. Upon completion of your installation final payment is due. Concept 32 believes strongly in a quality done job so we have a one year workmanship guarantee.
