Isaiah Rozek, OWNER & president
Isaiah is a Colorado native and a proud graduate of CU Boulder. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business. Isaiah prides himself on leading a team that strives for and provides excellence. He runs the overall day to day operations of Concept 32. This involves focusing on making sure the manufacturing facility has the latest screen-to-machine technology and the designers have access to the most "on trend" products to make our customer dreams a reality.
Isaiah, and his wife, Michelle, have been in the custom cabinet business for almost 20 years. They started Concept 32 eleven years ago and cherish the relationships they have built with their customers and vendors over the years.
In his free time, Isaiah enjoys spending time with Michelle and his two boys. In addition, he loves to travel, lift weights, and spend time on the golf course.
MICHELLE ROZEK, OWNER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Michelle is an expert in space planning. Prior to opening Concept 32 with her husband Isaiah, Michelle worked as the Director of Design for Closet & Storage Concepts for over nine years.
Michelle specializes in designing custom organization systems for clients who are downsizing, building new homes, or just looking to gain more storage in their existing spaces. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in interior design from the Art Institute in Denver. She found her true passion for space design while working as a kitchen designer at the Great Indoors.
When she is not helping other people with their space organization needs, she is mother of two young boys. She enjoys tennis, hiking, and spending time with her family.
ANGELA STEVENSON, OWNER & DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Angela moved to Colorado with her husband and children over 10 years ago to be part of the family custom cabinet business. She has recently rejoined the team after a 5 year break teaching Middle School mathematics. Angela oversees Accounting, Human Resources, and Project Management of our custom cabinet jobs.
As a graduate of Boston College in Education, Angela excels in processes and procedures as well as organization systems to make things function at their best. She enjoys working with her sister, Michelle, and brother-in-law, Isaiah, as the systematic and orderly counter-part of their creative selves.
In her free time, Angela enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with her adult children, husband, and 5 dogs.
TRICIA HAYES, ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Tricia is our Accounting Manager her at Concept 32. She values steadfastness, and kindness, standing by teammates, and providing excellent services to the company and its customers. When she’s not crunching numbers, she loves to spend her time outdoors and being creative with her husband, John and their 2 girls, Allie, and Alex. In her free time, she likes to hang out with friends and family, kayak, camp, painting, hiking, and dancing.
BETH TAYLOR, PURCHASING MANAGER
Beth is the Purchasing Manager here at Concept 32 and has been with the company since January 2016. She has a diverse background including Accounting, Business Management, Farm Management and Horse Boarding. Beth loves spending time outdoors with her husband Shaylon and their three children. She believes the best part of working with Concept 32 is the team of people who all work very hard to create beautiful and well organized spaces.
NIKKI GAUNA, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
Nikki is a Colorado native and has worked for Concept 32 for over a year. She loves the fact that C32 is like a family that looks out for and takes care of each other. Nikki enjoys getting to work with the customers and designers on all the wonderful spaces that are created. Nikki's pride and joy are her two amazing kids who are very active with sports and after school activities.
SEAN KELLER, LEAD ENGINEER
Sean has been in the woodworking profession for over 20 years. Starting off sanding parts, moving on to finish work and then assembly he worked his way through the shop. Sean continued to develop his skills as he worked in furniture repair & restoration, installation and programming CNC equipment. He then went on to earn an associate's degree in technology, and is currently out of the shop and using his skills to engineer plans. He lives in Loveland with his wife and two children. When not in the office Sean likes to read, play guitar and enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors with his family.
KIERAN SCHAD, LEAD ENGINEER
EMILY VIZZARD, LEAD KITCHEN & BATH DESIGNER
Emily’s creative and quirky personality shines through all her designs. She loves problem solving and finding solutions to make her client’s homes more functional, practical and beautiful. Emily has been a designer for Concept 32 for over 8 years. Starting as an intern, while finishing her Kitchen and Bath Design degree, to now lead kitchen and bath designer. She enjoys meeting new clients and gaining their trust to create a custom design that specifically fits their needs. In her free time, Emily and her husband Dan enjoy live music, snuggling with their fur ball baby George, and escaping to the mountains for white water rafting.
JODY VOJTA, CUSTOM CABINET DESIGNER
Jody has a B.S. in Textiles and Clothing, and an extensive background in retail sales and management. She has experience in design, storage & organization-based solutions that incorporate her passion for interior design. She enjoys immersing herself in the creative process, working closely with her clients to design beautiful and highly functional spaces. Jody and her husband Pat have lived in Colorado since 2002. They have two adult kids, Austin and Madison, who grew up in the Boulder area. Currently the kids live out of state, so trips to see them are a favorite pastime. Aside from family time, they enjoy the outdoors and attending sporting events.
JENNY MORROW, KITCHEN AND BATH DESIGNER
Jenny’s professional background includes advertising and marketing as well as interior design. She is business minded and a creative thinker with a flair for creating beautiful spaces. She is passionate about understanding the needs of her clients and working alongside them in the design process. Prior to Concept 32, Jenny was the owner of Refresh Home for 15 years, specializing in construction management and interior design.
She has also worked at several advertising agencies and marketing firms. She holds a BS in Advertising and Communication. Jenny and her husband Ron find joy in their adult kids, dogs, chickens, bees, sports, and the mountains.

CAMI RICHARDS, CUSTOM CABINET DESIGNER
Cami earned her interior design degree from SLCC in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is naturally creative and has always had a passion for designing beautiful spaces. After raising her 4 children, Cami's hobby became her career as she ventured out into the design industry. Her focus has been on kitchen/ bath design for the last 4 years. This experience created a fantastic segue into closet and storage design. Cami's ability to blend design styles is what creates a unique space for each of her clients. She love's working with people to achieve the space they have always dreamed of. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family enjoying the beautiful state of Colorado or curled up with a good book.

Louie has worked for Concept 32 for over 10 years. He prides himself in producing a quality product and lending his knowledge of cabinetry to the employees he leads. Louie is a Colorado native. He started working in his father's cabinet shop as a youth as a shop assistant. He has 5 kids that are his pride and joy. In his free time, Louie enjoys spending time with his family and friends while enjoying the outdoors in beautiful Colorado.
