By participating in the Concept 32 Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Overview:
The Program allows eligible participants (“Referrers”) to earn rewards by referring new customers (“Referees”) to Concept 32 for home improvement services. For each valid referral, the Referrer may earn $250 paid via check or VISA Gift Card, and the Referee may receive a $250 credit towards their next home project, subject to the terms below.
2. Eligibility:
- The Program is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 or older.
- Referrers must be existing customers of Concept 32 who have completed at least one qualifying home improvement project (closet system, storage solution, kitchen remodel and/or bathroom cabinets).
- Referees must be new customers who have not previously engaged Concept 32 for any services.
3. Referral Rewards:
- Referrers will receive $250 check or VISA gift card for each eligible referral, provided that the Referee:
(a) books and completes a qualifying home improvement project with Concept 32;
(b) meets the minimum project value of $3000 before any discounts, credits, or promotions.
- Referees will receive a $250 credit towards their next home project, which can be applied to any future project with a minimum value of $3000.
The $250 credit cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated by Concept 32.
4. Reward Limitations:
- Referrers are not limited to any maximum amount the as long as they qualify per these terms.
- Referrers cannot refer themselves, members of their household, or anyone sharing the same address.
- Referrers can refer family located at a different address
- Rewards will only be issued once the Referee’s qualifying project has been paid in full.
- Rewards are non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
5. Issuance of Rewards:
- Checks and VISA gift cards will be delivered electronically or by mail within 30 days of the Referee’s project final payment.
- The $250 credit will be automatically applied to the Referral’s account for use on future projects and must be used within 12 months of issuance. For example, if the final payment for the Referee's project is received on December 1, 2025, the Referral has until November 30, 2026 to use the $250 credit on a home project.
6. Program Changes and Termination:
Concept 32 reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, without notice. In the event of Program termination, eligible referrals made before the termination date will be honored.
7. Fraud and Abuse:
Concept 32 reserves the right to investigate any suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of the terms and conditions. Any determined violation may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of rewards.
8. Disclaimer:
Concept 32 is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired gift cards or credits. The VISA gift card is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the issuer.
9. Governing Law:
The Program and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
